Choosing Shipping Methods
For all orders to be delivered within the United States, Fisherman's Factory Outlet will use FedEx to ship the products you purchase. As you check out, you will be given the opportunity to decide the speed of your FedEx delivery. The options include: Next Day, 2 Day, Express Saver or standard Ground Delivery. The shipping charges you pay will be adjusted according to your choice. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will be shipped the following business day. FedEx can only deliver packages to street addresses. If you list a P.O. Box in your shipping information we will be unable to send your fishing tackle.
For all international orders, Fisherman's Factory Outlet will use FedEx to ship the products you purchase. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will be shipped the following business day. Shipping for international orders will be calculated by the following formula:
Shipping costs will be 20% of the total with a minimum of $25 USD.
Rods will be charged an additional $1.50 per rod.
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees.
Orders sent to Canada are subject to international shipping charges.

Using E-mail Customer Service
If you have a question about FFO, click the button entitled "Contact Us" on the left side of the page. From the dropdown list, select the subject you have a question about.
If you have a general question, select "Comments about our web site or products." If you have a question regaring an order you have placed, select "Questions regarding an order you have already placed." Fill out the appropriate form and carefully explain your question or complaint. Someone from our customer service department will research your situation and respond as quickly as possible. We care about what you think and will do whatever we can to make your FFO shopping experience a great one!

Using FedEx Tracking
If you have questions about the status of a shipment in the United States, FFO can provide a FedEx tracking number. Once you receive this number, go to
www.fedex.com
and follow the instructions provided.
