Credit Card Options

You may pay for your Fisherman's Factory Outlet purchase with a credit card. FFO accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Credit Card Protection

Fisherman's Factory Outlet has taken several steps to prevent the unauthorized use of your credit card and to protect your personal information. FFO secures your credit card number with the latest encryption technology. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), which is an industry standard. Warnings will appear on your computer screen when you want to enter a protected area. Once you are inside a secure area, the key or padlock on the bottom of your browser window will change from broken to whole.

The authorization and storage of your credit card information is automated. This means only a few, select FFO employees have the authority to see your private card numbers. And the only time we would access this information, is if you dispute a charge.

When Your Credit Card Is Billed

FFO will authenticate and charge your credit card as soon as you place your order. We'll make sure the card is valid and capable of covering your purchase.

Who Pays Taxes

If you live in the states of Iowa or South Dakota, you will be charged a sales tax. The amount will be automatically calculated and added to your final bill.

Determining Shipping Costs

For orders shipped to the United States, shipping costs depend on two factors: the value of your order and how quickly you want to receive it. Obviously choosing an option such as FedEx Overnight will be more expensive than standard ground delivery. However, the choice is always yours. Fisherman's Factory Outlet uses a sliding scale when determining FedEx charges. More expensive orders cost more to ship.

For all international orders, Fisherman's Factory Outlet will use FedEx to ship the products you purchase. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will be shipped the following business day. Shipping for international orders will be calculated by the following formula:
  • Shipping costs will be 20% of the total with a minimum of $25 USD.
  • Rods will be charged an additional $1.50 per rod.
  • The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees.
  • Orders sent to Canada are subject to international shipping charges.
